Fact Checking Speaker of the Assembly, Robin Vos
Regarding his recent interview with Wisconsin Right Now
In a recent interview with Wisconsin Right Now our Speaker of the Assembly and 63rd district representative, Robin Vos, stated a lot of things as fact or claimed to not know the answer to a question posed to him. So, let’s take some time to fact check his claims and his refusals to answer. I will link the full interview at the end of this substack.
I got a little chuckle from Vos’ story, about 5 1/2 minutes in, where he appears to get a kick out of some gentleman at an Arby’s giving him props for standing up to President Donald Trump. Doesn’t Vos realize that’s exactly what Wisconsinites are doing with him? More on Vos’ loathing of President Donald Trump later.
Approximately 29 minutes into this interview is where things get really fun. Wisconsin Right Now begins questioning Vos on the articles by Gateway Pundit calling out the discriminatory actions of the Racine County GOP.
Jim Piwowarczyk asks Vos about the 21 member rejections from the Racine County GOP as well as the threat to call the police if individuals didn’t leave Racine County GOP caucus on March 4th.
Robin Vos responds by stating that he is just a member of the Racine County GOP, as if he has no knowledge of the inner workings of the Racine County GOP. The fact is that Robin Vos was an elected member of the Racine County GOP board before he had even graduated from high school and has been at every single caucus since then. Also, his wife is currently on the executive board of the Racine County GOP as the treasurer. To state that he is “just a member” is ludicrous. In fact, there is audio proof that Robin Vos took over leading the caucus on Marth 4th, 2023 in order to shove through the completely dictatorial measures of the RCRP.
In regard to the threat to call the police it was not just a threat it was acted on by Senator Van Wanggaard himself who called the police at least once, not because there was any disruption, but simply because the Racine County GOP did not even want rejected members inside the building. They clearly wanted to shelter their selected list of nominees for board members and refuse to allow nominations or resolutions from the floor to be witnessed by anyone who might have a mind to question their actions. I am currently waiting for the fulfillment of my FOIA request of the police calls and police reports from the location of Hickory Hall in Caledonia on March 4th, 2023.
Note to address the constitution that Robin Vos claims has been around forever. That may very well be the case, just not in its current form. In current form and wording the RCRP constitution was adopted at caucus on March 12th, 2022. The changes that were made and adopted to the Racine County GOP constitution read like a dictators handbook. I believe these updates were engineered and voted into the constitution for the sole purpose of being able to reject, censor and gaslight fellow Republicans from the party. The Racine County GOP is EXTREMELY SECRETIVE with their constitution and bylaws. It took me well over a year once I became a member of the RCRP to simply be able to acquire and read a copy. And that was only just in time for them to vote on the dictatorial changes at caucus.
“The people who were not allowed to join the county party broke that constitutional rule by either making a financial donation to Steen, I think it was only a financial donation” -Robin Vos
Of the 21 members whose request to join were denied, 11 had never previously been members of the party. Thus they could not reasonably be held to any party constitution rule since they were never under the “rule” of the constitution which applies to members only. I wonder how many of the others who were denied membership were ever given a copy of the constitution to read so they could be aware of what they were signing themselves on for. It was also not just rejection from the party for financially supporting Adam Steen. My husband’s membership was rejected, and we did not financially support Steen.
“You have every right to do that (support the candidate of your choice) it’s America, but it doesn’t mean you have a right to be active in the political party of the county when you are breaking their rules and their constitution.” —Robin Vos
Seems fitting to reiterate here that the constitution was amended and updated at caucus last year, after Adam Steen had announced he was running for the 63rd district against Robin Vos. Steen was a member of the Racine County GOP. And without ever being informed of or shown the RCRP constitution, how can anyone be held to rules that they are not aware they are subject to?
“How long will the people be banned for?” - Jessica McBride
“I have no idea. You would have to ask the party. -Robin Vos
It sure seems that Vos has exceptional knowledge of the constitution and the rules that were used to reject the free-thinking Republicans who dared oppose him. Yet, he doesn’t know how long the constitution says these members will be banned for?
According to Article III section 4.a.vi “A rejected/censured/disciplined member may reapply for membership and “member in good standing” status after a period of two (2) years from the date of discipline only with a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the executive board.
The very next section Article III section 4.b discusses “Procedure for Removal or Censure” of which I am absolutely certain was not followed in a single one of the 21 membership rejections.
“b. Procedure for Removal or Censure:
4.b.i. To remove or censure a member (member in this section shall refer to a paid member, elected official or Racine GOP Board member/officer) another member must transmit a written complaint to the Chairman, who shall refer it to the Executive Board for evaluation.
4.b.ii. The Recording Secretary shall notify the accused and solicit rebuttal documentation for review in (closed) executive session.
4.b.iii. The findings of the Executive Board, together with its recommendations, shall be forwarded to the full Board of Directors for action at a (closed) session of the next regularly scheduled meeting. The member may attend this closed session if desired.
4.b.iv. All members of the Board of Directors shall be notified in writing by the Recording Secretary, or another officer, no less than six calendar days prior to the meeting at which a vote will be taken.
4.b.v. A two-thirds (2/3) vote by the Board of Directors is required for the removal, censure or discipline of a member.”
PLEASE ask any of those whose memberships were rejected if they were given due process as laid out in the RCRP Constitution that Vos is touting.
“Who made the call to prevent the people from coming in and to ban their membership?” -Jim Piwowarczyk
“I think it was the executive committee of the county party.” -Robin Vos
Don’t play dumb Mr. Vos. The executive committee includes Michelle Vos! The membership committee was comprised exclusively of Michelle Vos (Robin Vos’ third/current wife) and Roseanne Kuemmel (Robin Vos’ first mother-in-law). I also find it really difficult to believe that Robin Vos wasn’t intimately aware of what was happening considering his wife has been the treasurer for RCRP for a year now.
“What about people who weren’t members yet who supported Steen and then tried to join the party, were they banned? Do you think they should be?” -Jessica McBride
“I actually don’t know [if they were banned]. I would say if you didn’t support the Republican nominee, you’re not a Republican!” -Robin Vos
I think this is a poignant quote on which to end this fact checking session of Robin Vos. I can’t wait to pick this apart in Part 2.

Keep exposing Vos and the hypocrites who comprise the RCRP. 🇺🇸
I suspect it is Robert who identifies as a pregnant black lesbian.
